Kaleidoscope appoints Natalie Berry to grow events business
Kaleidoscope has appointed Natalie Berry to head the development of engaging and purpose-led events across a variety of sectors.
Natalie spent well over a decade leading health policy and strategy teams at the Department of Health and Social Care. Her leadership roles there spanned some of the most high-profile and complex areas of health and social care policy: NHS estates strategy; health and social care integration; housing and local devolution; primary care; NHS reform; the Darzi review; and workforce policy.
On joining Kaleidoscope, Natalie said:
“What sets Kaleidoscope events apart is the ability to enable productive conversations and connections in a creative way. I am really looking forward to growing an already formidable team, realising our potential in new sectors and seeing what we can do next.”
Clare Allcock, who leads Kaleidoscope’s consultancy business, added:
“We’ve grown really fast over the last two years, across the health and care sector and beyond. We needed someone who could manage the complexity and quality of a very busy health events portfolio while enabling significant growth and transition. Natalie has such a wealth of experience managing large projects, and she’s lovely, we feel incredibly fortunate to have her.”
