Working at Kaleidoscope
We are always keen to talk to people who are interested in working with us. We have three core requirements.
- First, the people we’re after are, above all, kind. We’re also after a range of skills – tailored to specific roles – but if you’re not kind, it makes everything else rather irrelevant.
- Second, we think the basic template for most traditional organisations is fundamentally broken. It’s important that you like working somewhere that does things differently.
- Third, people who work for us are kind but not cosy. You relish autonomy, large amounts of responsibility regardless of salary bracket, and honest feedback.
