We are always keen to talk to people who are interested in working with us.

Whatever the role at Kaleidoscope, we have three core requirements:

  • First and above all, you’re kind – life is too short to work with people who aren’t.
  • Second, it’s important that you like working somewhere that does things differently.
  • Third, you relish autonomy, large amounts of responsibility regardless of salary bracket, and honest feedback.

There are four ways of working with us: as an employee, an Associate, an intern, or on a placement.

Associates

Our family of Associates provides a wide variety of backgrounds and expertise that we can draw on for all areas of our work, whether supporting clients or helping to develop Kaleidoscope as we grow. We recruit new groups of Associates annually in November.

Read about our current Associates.

Perspectives Programme internships

The Perspectives Programme is a Kaleidoscope internship for people at the start of their careers in the health world. Our interns are supported to design and lead their own project to improve the way under-represented voices are heard in healthcare.

Placements

We offer placements for people on trainee schemes looking for flexible short-term opportunities. We provide involving and rewarding placements for people in any year of their training. We have a dedicated member of staff and a placement mentor scheme to ensure you get the most out of your time with us. You will be able to speak to a Kaleidoscope placement alumni to help your decision-making and determine how you want to balance your time with us. You will be able to choose both client-facing and internal projects that interest you and meet the competencies you need to demonstrate during your placement.

Commitment to diversity

We are committed to creating a company that ensures a diversity of voices in all parts of our work.We particularly encourage applications from groups that are currently underrepresented at Kaleidoscope, including people from ethnic minority groups, disabled people, and people with gender diverse identities.

We have flexible working policies and would be happy to discuss flexible working requirements with any candidates.

If all this sounds like a good fit for you, email hello@kaleidoscope.healthcare with a short note explaining why you’re interested in Kaleidoscope and what you would bring.
