Fresh Conversations

Fresh Conversations are about mixing up different perspectives and people who may not otherwise have opportunities to meet. What matters most is the quality of conversation and the diversity of the people there.

So, whether you are a chief executive or early career, clinician or policy maker, this is a space for you to have different – and refreshing – kind of discussion.

Who are they for? 

The events are free and open to anyone.

To date, we’ve held more than 75 lunches and sat down with more than 1,300 people.

We’ve covered topics as diverse as artificial intelligence and ethics, patient engagement, homelessness, and the media and its role in health and care.

Where are they? 

We host some online and some face to face.  When we host the events face to face we try to find venues that can inspire people to think differently. We’ve hosted Fresh Conversations in museums, chapels and even a magic shop.

When are they? 

We host Fresh Conversations regularly, originally they were once a month, normally on a Friday.

We host most of them at lunchtime, and when they are face to face we also provide lunch.

Well spotted! We used to call them Melting Pot Lunches, but we gave them a bit of a glow up.
