How we work

How are we different?

We are a social enterprise. This means we exist to make the world better rather than for profit.  Alongside our work with clients, we invest in Inspire projects to help build a future that is kind, connected and joyful.

We are also a teal organisation. This means we are run on the principles of self-management, purpose and bringing our whole selves to our work. It is a model that allows us to work together, pool our skills and be greater than the sum of our parts.

Our expertise lies in understanding how change in healthcare works, how people collaborate and how to use creative processes to change cultures.

Here’s what you get when you work with us

We work in partnership with our clients to co-design how best to meet their goals.

Our multi-disciplinary team includes clinicians, policy makers, NHS managers, specialists in research and evaluation, communications and digital technology, and more.

  • Smart people who care. With backgrounds in health, research, communications and finance, one thing we all have in common is a commitment to making healthcare better by delivering excellent work.
  • Integrity and quality. We are a mission driven organisation. We live our values, so we are constantly learning and improving our practice to evolve and exceed expectations.  We’re here to improve health and care and we are resolute about our commitment to quality.
  • Lasting impact. Change doesn’t happen overnight, so that’s why we put so much effort into bringing people together, building cultures of trust and devolving power so that every project will stand the test of time.
