Tillie Harris

Tillie Harris is part of our family of Associates.

Tillie works with C-Suite executives and senior leadership teams to help them perform at their best.

Combining a passion for organisational dynamics and interpersonal communications with a keen understanding of human behaviour, Tillie delivers workshops, one-to-one coaching and bespoke programmes of cultural transformation.

She ensures leaders and their teams are aligned with strategy and values, have high levels of engagement and collaboration, and supports them to demonstrate high performance behaviours – particularly in periods of pressure and rapid change.

Her clients include the NHS, pharmaceutical companies, national health NGOs, as well as multi-billion corporations. She supports clients in the UK, US and UAE.

Tillie has a BSc in Social Anthropology, an MSc in Psychodynamics of Human behaviour and an MA in Communications. She is a an engaging coach and workshop leader, driven by a desire to help people fulfil their potential and do their best work.
