Rowan Collins

Rowan’s work at Kaleidoscope centres on organisational development, with a particular focus on leadership development and organisational culture. She brings boundless enthusiasm and a strong drive to make a difference, along with proven experience working with senior leaders in the NHS.

Before entering the world of health and care, Rowan completed her Master’s degree in Islamic Studies and History at the University of Oxford.

She swapped the dreaming spires for the world of consultancy to pursue her wide-ranging interests in health and care. These include bio-psychosocial and integrated approaches to care, mental health, and long-term conditions.

In her spare time, Rowan enjoys fretting about Leeds United, going to the theatre, and making friends with neighbourhood cats.
