Robin Prospect is part of our family of Associates.

Robin specialises in organisational development and is passionate about creating cultures that support human flourishing. Robin has supported and managed projects with focuses such as team performance and strategy development.

Most recently, Robin managed a programme to address population health inequalities with the South East London Integrated Care System and King’s Health Partners Academic Health Sciences Centre.

Robin was a barrister for eight years before pivoting their career towards social change. They are a graduate of the On Purpose programme, where they were trained in systems thinking and human centred design.

Robin supports Kaleidoscope and other organisations with diversity, equity and inclusion strategy. Robin has been delivering transgender awareness training for several years, and believes the conversations we have about inclusion can transform our workplaces.

Robin enjoys nature and nerdy conversations about psychology, spirituality and philosophy.
