Meera Kapadia


Meera Kapadia is a Kaleidoscope Health and Care Associate.

Meera is a cultural artist and system leader, thriving in worldwide cultures, systems and organisational contexts.

She is an adult and CAMHS psychotherapist, supervisor and trainer, with more than 30 years’ experience in the mental health field across the life span, and provides therapy in three languages.

She is experienced in QI coaching, and her Darzi Seeds of Change project won the HSJ Pilot Project of the year 2021. This was a pioneering co-production, QI and primary care project. It was funded by NHS England as a national pilot site.

Meera has written articles about race, culture and mental health, and presented at national and international conferences. She is committed to healing people and systems, through a collaborative and innovative thought leadership approach.

She enjoys providing organisational consultancy in race, culture, mental health, and co-production.

In her spare time she enjoys travelling, going to the theatre. and renovating her Victorian home.
