Maduran Sundaresan
Maduran has significant experience in the third sector and community engagement.
Maduran’s interests lie in actively promoting the values of co-production, amplifying community engagement in hard-to-reach communities and investigating how discrepancies in social determinants of health lead to inequalities.
Before joining Kaleidoscope Maduran worked as a caseworker for Carers Network, a charity supporting unpaid carers.
Maduran has an MSc in Global Public Health and Policy, where he gained in-depth knowledge of global health systems and worked in collaboration with Tower Hamlets CVS to establish a community of practice that amplified and sustained vital community engagement that during the Covid-19 pandemic.
