Kerry Robinson

Kerry Robinson is a Kaleidoscope Associate.

Kerry’s experience lies in working on the intersection of cultural development, improvement science and positive performance delivery with organisations both in the development of their strategy and putting strategy into action through their operational delivery.

Kerry’s career has equally spanned the private sector and NHS, having worked in food manufacturing, telecommunications and oil research, and more recently as a board director with a specialist NHS trust. Her portfolio there covered strategy, organisational development, quality improvement, and performance management.

Kerry also teaches improvement science on the Executive MBA programme for Lancaster University. Kerry has a strong belief in bringing training to life through practice to embed in the grain of organisations.

Kerry is married, has two dogs and lives in the north west of England. She can usually be found on the weekends exploring the countryside, motor-homing and walking.  When she gets the opportunity, you can find her sitting quietly stitching.
