Katie Cropley

Katie brings a foundation in Cognitive Neuroscience and research alongside hands-on experience in healthcare environments and brand strategy.

Before joining Kaleidoscope, Katie completed her BSc in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience (First Class) at the University of Nottingham. She went on to complete the Ipsos Graduate Research scheme progressing to Research Executive, where she worked in brand tracking and strategy, using quantitative research to uncover what drives and hinders brand performance across both local and international markets.

Her earlier experience spans neurorehabilitation support working within the Royal Hospital for Neurodisability and volunteering in the neurology and psychiatry department of a government hospital in Tanzania, where she managed patient consultations and clinical records.

At Kaleidoscope, Katie supports the delivery of mixed-method large-scale research and evaluation projects and leads Digital Strategy.

Outside of Kaleidoscope she has a passion for creative upcycling, rescuing everything from bikes to furniture to clothes from Facebook Marketplace and transforming them into something new.
