Joe Hepworth

Joe is a research and evaluation expert at Kaleidoscope and works to collect, analyse and report evidence to inform decision making.

He has extensive experience designing frameworks to measure and understand the impact of health and care interventions. He is a champion of co-production and working with service users to develop accessible and impactful research methods. Joe is also passionate about the need for evidence-based interventions.

Before joining Kaleidoscope, Joe worked with organisations supporting people with long-term health conditions. This was an opportunity to develop qualitative and quantitative evaluation tools that would engage a diverse audience.

In his spare time he enjoys running, white water kayaking and is happy to cycle in any weather.
