Jessie Cunnett
Jessie Cunnett is part of our family of Associates.
Jessie brings expertise in human-centred leadership, strategy, engagement and change. Inspired by her own experiences of maternity and women’s health issues, Jessie has pursued a 25-year commitment to enabling people to have a strong and powerful voice in health and care.
Jessie has worked nationally, regionally and locally in the NHS and with the NHS, as well as in professional regulation, qualitative and social research, post graduate education and as part of the VCSE sector.
Her work has included many complex and high-profile issues such as: gender identity services for children and young people, digital and remote healthcare, vaccine hesitancy, and the involvement of harmed patients and families in service improvement.
Jessie is also an Assistant Professor in Leadership and Change Management at Brighton and Sussex Medical School, a Trustee for National Voices and a Mentor for the Fabians Women’s Network, promoting the participation of women in politics and public life.
Jessie started her career as an actor where she developed a deep interest in people and their stories. In her spare time, she is a DJ specialising in 7inch vinyl classics, and can be seen spinning the decks in Worthing where she lives.
