Bart leads Kaleidoscope’s financial strategy and operational infrastructure, making sure we have the systems and processes that let everyone focus on what really matters – our mission-driven work.

He looks after everything from forecasting and cash flow to compliance and operational improvements, building the foundations that help Kaleidoscope grow sustainably.

Bart has spent more than 12 years working across health tech, consultancy and social enterprises. He’s worked with digital health platforms, international consultancies and community interest companies, always finding ways to use technology and smart processes to free people up to do their best work.

With a background in Biomedical Science from Middlesex University, Bart brings a unique perspective to health and care organisations, genuinely loving the challenge of solving complex problems in ways that help them thrive.

Outside of work, you’ll find Bart exploring London’s food scene and hunting down the city’s hidden gems. Originally from Poland, he’s made London his home for more than a decade.
