Adrienne is an experienced leader in the not-for-profit sector, with a focus on strategy, organisational development and change programmes.

With five years on the executive leadership team of Versus Arthritis (2015-2020), and having filled senior roles at Macmillan and the National Lottery Community Fund, she brings a blend of pragmatism and strategic vision to her work.

Adrienne has a preference for working collaboratively to build a shared vision that teams are energised to deliver.
