Adrian Hayter

Adrian Hayter is part of our family of Associates.

Adrian has been a GP for 25 years and a clinical leader in Berkshire.

He is the National Clinical Director for Older People and Integrated Person-Centered Care at NHS England and NHS Improvement, and clinical lead for the Ageing Well programme.

Adrian is a firm believer in clinical leadership delivering change and enjoys supporting people to do that. He was co-creator of the 2020 programme in the Frimley Health and Care System. It is an inclusive programme that develops people to understand the place and to be part of improving the outcomes for the population. The programme is now part of a wider portfolio of leadership development within the Frimley Academy.

Adrian describes himself as curious and creative, and enjoys supporting other to make change happen.
