How can strategy help us prioritise?

There’s so much to do in health and care so how do we decide on priorities? Join our event series focusing on three of the most pressing strategy problems in health and care today.

Strategy clinics: how to solve strategy’s hardest problems

Change has never been more needed in healthcare, and in today’s world of limited resources, no organisation can afford to develop strategies that will miss opportunities, waste time, and need to be repeated due to lack of impact.

But crafting strategies that work is no easy task. That’s where our practical problem solving events come in.

We are running three small sessions for peer learning in a safe environment on what it takes for strategy to work in health and care in 2024.

The events

Each event is 45 minutes and features first-hand experience from a strategy leader, expertise from Kaleidoscope’s strategy team, and peer learning from across health and care. Each one focuses on a particular aspect of strategy.
