The need for ‘systems leadership’ in health and care has been all the rage in the UK for some time, but we’re still struggling to be clear exactly what we mean, and what we need to do about it.
The move towards systems-working dominates health policy around the globe, meaning we have much to learn as to how others are getting on. That’s where our friends from overseas can help – we were joined by experts from Singapore and Alaska to give their perspective.
