Developing care systems: getting concrete about collaboration

Improving outcomes and delivering better care systems through concrete collaboration.

At Kaleidoscope we build collaborations for systems and networks that create measurable value for their members and the populations they serve.

We have extensive experience supporting collaborations across the health and care sector. We know that collaboration is something that can sometimes seem abstract, but when it is done well it is very concrete, there are tangible advantages in it.

At this event we explore practical advice from experts on what makes collaboration work. We were delighted to be joined by:

  • Adam Doyle – Chief Executive Officer – NHS Sussex and National Director for System Development – NHS England
  • Ross Millar – Director in Health Organisation, Health Services Management Centre, University of Birmingham
  • Heather Moorhead – Director, Northern Ireland Confederation for Health and Social Care
