How do I know if this programme is for me?
We are looking for people who are already leaders, either new in a leadership role or more experienced.
What is the candidate criteria?
The ideal candidates can demonstrate track record of innovative leadership, are energised by leading change at system level, and have proven ability to question and challenge status quo. We will be looking for a drive for innovation, your ability to lead with compassion, a growth mindset and motivation to lead and be a part of the wider south east London system.
Is this for experienced leaders only?
This programme targets two cohorts of leaders:
- Leaders with potential: Leaders new to leadership roles who show potential to be
some of the best leaders within the system - Existing leaders: Those in leadership positions with existing leadership capability, leading at a system level for the first time
What is the time commitment?
The programme lasts seven months and the expected time commitment is two-three days per month.
When does the programme start?
The programme is set to start at the end of November 2022 and key dates are shared in the application form for the in-person modules.
When is the deadline?
The deadline for this application is 11.59pm, 16 October 2022.
Will this be conducted virtually or in-person?
The majority of the learning modules adopt an in-person format with some virtual group sessions. The programme will also include a three-day residential in early 2023.
