Theo Cox worked at Kaleidoscope until 2020.
As a postgraduate, Theo obtained an MSc in Development Studies, with global health and the intersection of environment and development being areas of particular interest.
Theo has previous experience of facilitating client events while providing corporate communications training for a social enterprise. However, having clung to his student existence for as long as possible, Kaleidoscope was Theo’s first venture into the world of full-time work. Both he and Kaleidoscope are confident that he is perfectly equipped to be very successful in this.
When pressed, he admits to holding a degree in PPE, although is keen to stress he has absolutely no designs on Downing Street. The degree allowed him to pursue his love of moral and political philosophy, along with some useful studies in political science.
In his personal life, Theo is a lover of music generally and hip-hop in particular, and will attempt to lecture just about anyone who will listen on the cultural significance of the Wu-Tang Clan. He is also an avid martial artist – he has competed in both Western boxing and Muay Thai, and is training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Despite this strange obsession with fighting, he remains a committed pacifist in his day-to-day life, and is just as confused by this seeming contradiction as everyone else.
