Natalie Skinner

Natalie works at Kaleidoscope.

Natalie has recently graduated from Durham University where she studied Business and Politics and she is currently undertaking a Diploma in Digital marketing.  She also volunteered for the Team Durham community outreach programme where she worked with substance abuse victims, adults with severe mental health and children with autism and ADHD. This involved teaching a variety of sports including tennis, football and, when she felt really brave, boxing to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.

Having witnessed the benefits of physical fitness on mental conditions, Natalie has acquired a keen interest understanding the cross-effects of mental and physical health.

Natalie has also worked for the National Citizen Service where she collaborated with CAMHS to create new business solutions aimed at increasing access for young people.

When Natalie does have a spare moment, she likes to spend her time boxing, playing hockey or attempting to drive her VW Campervan.
