Naomi Thapar

At Kaleidoscope Naomi’s work spans tackling health inequality, social mobility and diversity and inclusion.

Before joining our team, Naomi was a youth worker, supporting young people from at-risk backgrounds. She worked with ASOS and Google on their corporate social responsibility projects, bringing together groups to commit to improving the lives of young people in south London.

Speaking regularly to a range of diverse audiences sharpened her facilitation skills (she can adapt to pretty much any situation you throw at her) and a passion for elevating voices through storytelling.

Prior to that, Naomi was an analyst at sustainability consultancy Route2, assessing the environmental and social impact of organisations through their ‘total capital accounting’ framework.

As a student, Naomi studied human sciences and she still geeks out at anything that combines biology and sociology.

Outside of the office, she enjoys finding fun ways to live sustainably, experimenting with cooking, crafting and upcycling projects.
