Lydia Paris
Lydia leads Kaleidoscope’s strategy for events and learning partnerships. She also manages how we deliver accessible and inclusive events, both face-to-face and digitally. She has specialist knowledge in loneliness and social isolation, as well as community engagement approaches, such as citizens’ assemblies and leadership development.
Her passion lies in helping organisations deliver positive change for both themselves and society. She has worked with multinational corporations, foundations, trusts and charities – delivering research, strategy, project management and communications to help improve the way their services impact society. She has applied these skills across sectors, from health and social care to sustainability and social impact.
Lydia is also a freelance yoga instructor, where she takes a functional approach to teaching, understanding that there is no such thing as the ‘perfect pose’ but rather helping her students to recognise the intention of each pose so they gain the full benefits.
Aside from her work, Lydia enjoys netball, running and walking. She’s also a lover of science, art and design.
