Leadership in complex and uncertain times

Join our online Melting Pot Lunch to discuss the types of leadership necessary when working in complex and uncertain contexts. With Catherine Russell and Rose Mosse from Nesta.

Over the past year, we’ve seen leadership emerge at all levels and in all places, and have seen ways in which the old systems are no longer suitable.

Catherine and Rose believe that systems change and personal transformation go hand in hand, and they’re invested in (re)building systems that put our humanity at their core.

Join us to explore what types of leadership are needed now, where the crux of leadership lies, and what supports people need in order to face the future with hope, agency and optimism.

Register for the event.

Catherine Russell is Head of Development for People Powered Results at Nesta, and Rose Mosse is a Learning Experience Designer at Nesta.

What is a Melting Pot Lunch?

It’s a simple concept: we bring together people from across health and care, to discuss interesting and important issues. Melting Pot is about mixing up different perspectives and people who may not otherwise have opportunities to exchange views.

The talks are free and take place online. We used to sit down for lunch face to face, but we have moved our traditional Melting Pot Lunch format into the digital age.
