Gulp: digital launch of a zine telling the stories of LGBTQIA+ people with eating disorders

Join us for the online launch of Gulp, the zine telling the stories of LGBTQIA+ people with eating disorders.

Are you part of the LGBTQIA+ community? Do you have (or have you had) an eating disorder? Are you working in health and social care, LGBTQIA+ or eating disorder services?

Come along to the online launch of Gulp, the zine telling the stories of LGBTQIA+ people with eating disorders. Wednesday 15 July from 5:30-6:30pm.

At this informative and interactive digital event, there will be space for conversations between people with lived experiences and health and social care professionals. Our aim is to figure out how to boost services, resources, research and recognition for LGBTQIA+ people with eating disorders.

Hear from our panel of expert speakers, meet people you wouldn’t normally engage with, and help us do something different.

Your safety and comfort takes precedent. You can interact with the event as little or as much as you want, and are welcome to keep your camera off and use a fake name.

Register for the event.

Complete a survey to let us know your thoughts on LGBTQIA+ experiences of eating disorders and help us shape the event.

Read the zine and learn more about why this event is necessary.
