Changing Healthcare: Learning from increasing day surgery

How did the healthcare system deliver the transition to day surgery? What can those working in large scale change learn from the way the NHS achieved this?

Join us for our third event in the Changing Healthcare series, and our third case study of successful change: increasing day surgery.

We will hear a range of perspectives as we consider factors such as the role of clinical leadership, the impact of new technology and the way learning was shared across the system to inform learning for those working in healthcare now.

This free event is open to all, but will be of particular interest to people working in service change, delivery, policy and research.

10am to 4pm (lunch provided)
Central Bristol (venue to be confirmed)
